SHIPPING:

All pillows and African decor items are shipped within 48-72 hours of purchase weekdays. Adaptive special needs pants and shorts require additional time since they are custom made and ship within 7-10 working days.

RETURN POLICY:

PANTS - If this is your first order and our pants do not work out for you, we will refund your purchase price for one pair only, minus shipping, if pants are returned within 15 days of receipt. If alterations are needed, you may return pants to us within 15 days of receipt and we will alter or remake if need be at no additional charge and return to you. We stand behind our product and work hard to please our clients.

PILLOWS and AFRICAN DECOR - If for some reason you need to return your purchase, you may do so if shipped within 10 days of receipt. However, pillows from our clearance section are non-refundable. It is strongly recommended that returns are insured and includes delivery confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: For all non-clearance pillow returns, there is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are not sure if a pillow fabric will work with your decor, please order fabric samples before purchasing pillows. You may order fabric samples for up to 3 pillow styles for free.
